Hello I am a Pelvic Floor Certified Physical Therapist certified by the Nationally recognized Herman and Wallace courses. I and located in Central New York and work in a general outpatient orthopedic practice. I treat a variety of cases including Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, pain, incontinence, ect. I am also a certified Functional Gait Assessment Specialist. I have an extensive background in orthopedics as well as a certification in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell. Recreationally I enjoy running, hiking, yoga, Pilates, and lifting.
