Erin Polk, PT, DPT, PRPC
Physicians Regional- Collier Blvd
Erin Polk is practicing as a pelvic floor physical therapist in sunny Naples, Florida. She received her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification through Herman and Wallace in May of 2026. In addition to years of hands-on experience, Erin has completed Herman and Wallace's Pelvic Floor Level 1 course as well as the APTA's Level 2 Bowel Dysfunction, Level 2 Pelvic Pain, and Level 3 Male Health courses. Prior to practicing, Erin completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy education at the University of Scranton. Since graduating, she has worked in inpatient, outpatient, and rehab settings treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and cooking with her family!
