Tessa graduated from Duke University in 2014 with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She then went on to obtain her Manual Therapy Certification in 2015 and became dry needling certified in 2016. Her background is in outpatient orthopedics, but after having her daughter in 2021, Tessa found a passion for pelvic health. She now treats pelvic health patients in Lodi, CA and via telehealth appointments for patients in both California and Colorado. She focuses on a whole body approach- drawing on her orthopedic background and degree in psychology to help patients reach their goals and improve their quality of life. In her free time, Tessa enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, and spending time her husband, daughter, and their 11 year old yellow lab.
