I am the owner and lead therapist at PelvicSmart Rehabilitation and Wellness, PLLC, a pelvic health physical therapy specialty practice in Danville, KY. I have a background in college level human anatomy and physiology instruction and am a huge proponent for pelvic health education as a necessary component of recovery from pelvic conditions.
