Mollie Tanjoco, MPT
Milestone Physical Therapy
My name is Mollie and I am a physical therapist and owner of Milestone Physical Therapy. I am native to the Sacramento area and proud to serve this amazing community. I have been a physical therapist since 2004 and have been lucky enough to experience diverse career opportunities. Beginning with sports medicine and orthopedics, I moved into neurological rehab and home health. After growing our family (3 amazing boys), I moved into private practice specializing in myofascial release and pelvic health. In 2012, I worked to develop a Pelvic Health program for men with pelvic pain and post-prostatectomy incontinence for Kaiser Permanente in Roseville. The common factor in all of my treatment has always been an insistence on manual therapy. For most patients, I have found that there is something holding them back from using exercise alone to recover. Faulty alignment, adhesion, improper sequencing of muscles, and fear of movement can all be addressed through a hands-on approach. This approach has helped me to move patients into functional movement and exercise with confidence. I feel so grateful to all of my patients for trusting me to walk with them on their journey.
