Inez Gonzalez PT, DPT, CLT
Dr. Inez G
Dr. Inez Gonzalez, PT, DPT, CLT is a pelvic floor physical therapist and Certified Lymphatic Therapist based in Miami. She specializes in pelvic pain, painful sex, and orgasm difficulty, with a focus on the connection between the jaw, the nervous system, and the pelvic floor. After 8 years treating patients in pelvic health clinics, including at the University of Miami, Dr. Gonzalez built an independent practice so she could treat the jaw and the pelvic floor together. Many of her patients clench their jaw, hold their breath, and grip their pelvic floor without realizing it. Her work addresses all three, combining pelvic floor rehab with jaw release, posture, breathing, and nervous system regulation. She also treats constipation, urinary urgency, and other pelvic floor disorders. Dr. Gonzalez offers a limited number of in-person sessions in Miami. For people who don't have a pelvic floor specialist nearby, or who feel more comfortable learning about sensitive topics from home, she teaches her approach through online courses. Her goal with every patient is independence and education. She teaches tools people can use on their own so they don't have to rely on ongoing appointments.
