While Sarah really enjoys treating various orthopedic conditions, she especially loves helping patients prepare for labor, improve their postpartum recovery, and minimize pelvic pain. She is very passionate about improving access to pelvic health physical therapy to minimize urinary and bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, and sexual dysfunction so people can get back to enjoying their lives. Sarah strives to balance skilled manual therapy, function based exercises, and movement training to help people move and feel better throughout each stage of life. Sarah graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2002, and a Master of Physical Therapy from California State University Northridge in 2006. In 2020, she earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. She has also taken multiple courses through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
