Caitlin Souther, PT, DPT
Max Potential Rehabilitation - Bearden & Farragut

(865) 500-8500
8239 Kingston Pike Knoxville, Tennessee 37919
Caitlin received her Bachelor of Exercise Science degree at Taylor University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Cleveland State University. Caitlin is currently working at Max Potential Rehabilitation at both the Bearden and Farragut locations. She has been able to implement her pelvic health knowledge to her current orthopedic patients, but is interested in expanding her current caseload to include pelvic health specific diagnoses. Caitlin currently has her Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 and Level 2a certification where she learned how to evaluate and treat patients dealing with urinary and fecal incontinence, IBS, hemorrhoids, constipation, coccygodynia, overactive bladder, SI dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, being prenatal or postpartum, and pelvic pain diagnoses, such as pudendal neuralgia,, dyspareunia or vaginismus. Caitlin used this certification in her 14 week pelvic health clinical rotation to gain hands-on experience working with this patient population. Caitlin shows compassion when working with those in this often underserved population and is dedicated to look beyond a patient’s diagnosis in order to provide individualized care.
