Caitlin McCurdy-Robinson graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Upon graduation, Caitlin began practicing within pelvic health physical therapy. Caitlin has training to provide examination and treatment for conditions associated with pelvic health, including but not limited to: dyspareunia, incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti, gender affirming care, and pelvic pain. Caitlin’s passion for pelvic health stemmed from noticing the impact these conditions can have on quality of life. She strives to empower people to return to their desired activities without pain, difficulty, or fear. Caitlin has received the Certificate of Achievement in Pregnancy and Postpartum through the American Physical Therapy Association’s Academy of Pelvic Health and received a Certification as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist through Core Exercise Solutions. Caitlin is a lecturer for Alcove Education and teaches a course titled “Pacifying Pregnancy Pain" and also teaches the "Pelvic Floor Anatomy and Pregnancy" class to the Doctor of Physical Therapy students at MUSC. Caitlin is an advocate for her patients and is dedicated to providing optimal, individualized care for each patient.
