Dr. Lauren is a Physical Therapist currently at Zion Physical Therapy in the Upper East Side. She attended the University of Texas for her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and went on to obtain her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Southwestern (UTSW). Her journey into physical therapy began after undergoing knee surgeries from soccer-related injuries, which sparked her interest in rehabilitation. Since then, she has refined her expertise in treating a wide variety of conditions, including pelvic health, pediatrics, neurological, and musculoskeletal disorders. Her true passion lies in pelvic health, in which she has specialized through Herman and Wallace. Dr. Lauren treats all pelvic conditions, with a focus on prenatal/postpartum care and gastrointestinal disorders. She finds great fulfillment in helping individuals navigate these sensitive challenges to improve their quality of life. Lauren takes a holistic, personalized approach to treatment, combining evidence-based therapy with compassionate care to restore function and empower you to live your best life.
