Taylor Warinner-Calixto, PT, DPT Continuous Motion Physical Therapy
I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences in 2023. Since then, I have pursued advanced training in both orthopedic and pelvic health care, including upper and lower extremity dry needling through American Spinal Manipulation Association, Pelvic Floor Level 1 through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, and a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Certification. I specialize in treating pelvic floor conditions including stress and urge urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, and chronic pelvic pain. I work with pregnancy and postpartum populations, as well as active adults and older individuals who want to stay strong, mobile, and confident in their bodies. My approach is rooted in a full-body, functional model of care. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I identify the underlying contributors—coordination, pressure management, strength, and movement patterns—and build a plan that restores how the entire system works together. This allows my patients to not only resolve their symptoms, but come back stronger, more confident, and performing at a higher level than before. I’m passionate about helping my patients feel in control of their bodies again and giving them the tools to stay active, resilient, and pain-free long-term.
