Connie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, specializing in pelvic health. She obtained a bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado at Boulder in 2013 and a doctorate in physical therapy from Midwestern University in 2017. Since graduating, Connie has received extensive training in pelvic floor therapy, including a postdoctoral mentorship, numerous continuing education courses, and training in both the U.S. and Europe. Connie is passionate about spreading awareness of pelvic floor therapy for both women and men. She believes in individually tailoring therapy for each of her patients, ensuring their comfort and a successful outcome. She also believes that her patients play an active role in their recovery. She empowers her patients through thorough education on diagnosis, behavior modifications, and exercise.
