Dr. Ries is an Oregon-licensed naturopathic doctor who received her doctoral training in Portland, OR at the National College for Natural Medicine, now NUNM. She maintains her OR licensure for naturopathic medicine and is licensed with the state of VA for massage therapy. She has focused training in general naturopathic care, women’s health, botanical and nutritional medicine, homeopathy, physical medicine, and massage. For pelvic health she utilizes Mayan Abdominal Massage, craniosacral therapy, and specific techniques in myofascial release. She has received professional training for Mayan Abdominal Massage with the Arvigo Institute (now Tulix Indigenous Arts) and is a member of the Abdominal Therapy Collective and the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Physicians.
