This clinic offers nonsurgical physical therapy treatments for pelvic floor disorders in women, men and children. Our rehabilitation programs have effective treatments for many different issues. These include: Pelvic pain syndromes: These syndromes include vulvodynia, interstitial cystitis, pudendal neuralgia, chronic pelvic pain syndrome, nonbacterial chronic prostatitis, coccydynia, and pelvic girdle pain. Low-tone pelvic floor disorders: These disorders include pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence and post-surgical rehabilitation after pelvic floor reconstruction and prostatectomy. Sexual dysfunction: This includes painful sex, anorgasmia, erectile dysfunction, post-ejaculatory pain, and hormonal issues associated with perimenopause and menopause.
