I’m Rose (she/her), a pelvic health and rehab specialist helping women, men, and nonbinary folks heal from the stuff no one likes to talk about—painful sex, bladder leaks, postpartum issues, chronic pelvic pain, and everything in between. With 8+ years as an occupational therapist, I take a full-body, trauma-aware approach that blends clinical expertise with deep listening, hands-on care, and a lot of unlearning about what bodies “should” do. My background in sensory processing gives me a unique lens into how the nervous system influences pain, tension, and healing—helping us work with your body’s patterns instead of against them. My clients come to me when they’ve been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or just want something more than a list of Kegels. I’ve trained extensively in: myofascial release, visceral mobilization, somatic practices, and trauma-informed pelvic care. I weave these into personalized care that’s rooted in real connection, not just protocols. You won’t find cookie-cutter treatment plans here—because your story, your body, and your healing are yours. Beyond clinical work, I’ve taught doulas, trained grad students, and spoken at professional conferences. I love mentoring the next generation of pelvic health pros and advocating for more inclusive, anti-oppressive care across healthcare systems. To me, the pelvic floor is sacred, powerful, and often misunderstood. I know how isolating it can be when something feels off—and I’m here to help you make sense of your symptoms, reconnect with your body, and take your life back. When I’m not working, you’ll find me chasing my toddler, moving through martial arts or dance, deep in some community-centered social justice work, or relaxing outside with good food and even better people. Also: huge sci-fi nerd.
