Life in Balance Physical Therapy and Pilates

Davida earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at CUNY Hunter in NYC. She treats all outpatient orthopedic conditions and has advanced training in treating patients who are experiencing prolapse, pelvic pain and incontinence. She especially enjoys working with post-partum women empowering them to return to their pre-baby lifestyles and activities. Davida believes physical therapy should be a collaborative process where the therapist and patient work together to help the patient reach her/his goals. When not treating patients, Davida enjoys crossfit, running, and exploring the PNW with her family. ​ ​
