Realign Pelvic Health

I graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2015 with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I started my pelvic floor therapy journey as a patient about a year after graduation when I was having my own pelvic pain challenges. My doctor told me I had 2 options, 1) live with the pain or 2) go to pelvic floor therapy. I asked for option 3 :). Luckily, she sent my referral to a clinic that called to schedule an evaluation otherwise, I probably wouldn't have ever gone. It took about 2 more years after being a patient myself to start taking more courses to learn how to treat pelvic floor conditions and I haven't looked back since. Over the past ~2 years, I've journeyed more into Postural Restoration Institute teachings to have an extra layer to help my clients. I love working with a variety of clients to achieve their therapy goals. I also love playing detective to figure out if the pelvic floor is the driver of their symptoms or the passenger.
