Tyra is a graduate of Duquesne University with two B.S. degrees in Biology and Health Sciences in 2019 before receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2021. After obtaining her doctoral degree, she continued her education, becoming a certified Pelvic Health Specialist with advanced clinical competency in pelvic floor physical therapy through Evidence In Motion, where she currently serves on the faculty as an educator for the Pelvic Health curriculum. Tyra is extensively trained in internal and external techniques to diagnose and treat the full musculoskeletal system for patients experiencing problems related to their pelvis and pelvic floor, including bladder, bowel, or sexual function. She feels her role is to support people navigating their health throughout all stages of life and provide access to research-based, holistic care.
