PJ Bhakta is a board-certified Pelvic Health and Certified Sexuality Occupational Therapist specializing in holistic, trauma-informed, neurodiverse-affirming care with specialized focus on pediatric, perinatal, antepartum, postpartum, post-operative and perimenopausal populations. With a passion for empowering pelvis-owners, PJ focuses on addressing pelvic floor dyskinesia, bowel/bladder dysfunction, and sexual health/wellness through evidence-based and client-centered therapeutic interventions. PJ is committed to collaborative, intentional, highly personalized care with trauma-informed use of internal/external biofeedback interventions to promote patient autonomy and well-being. Additionally, PJ pursued advanced training towards the PRPC credential with Herman and Wallace (PF1, PF2A anorectal, PF2B urogynecology) and has additional expertise and certifications as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Advanced LumboPelvic Integrative Neurologic Dry Needling for pain specialist, and Certified Sexuality Occupational Therapist, all highlighting a strong commitment to high quality credentialing for professional growth and excellence in care.
