Vivian Zhang PT, DPT, MS (Seattle, WA)
Vivian Zhang Physical Therapy
Vivian earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Miami. She then pursued a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware, one of the nation’s top-ranked PT programs. Vivian began her career treating a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related conditions. She also spent time in New York City working as a backstage physical therapist for the cast of the Broadway production Chicago the Musical, supporting high-level performing artists. With over six years of experience as a pelvic floor physical therapist, Vivian helps patients suffering from a wide range of pelvic floor issues achieve lasting relief. Vivian continually advances her skills through ongoing education and training with leading experts in the field. She stays up to date on the latest research to provide patients with cutting-edge treatments for exceptional results. Vivian’s love for movement led her to earn certifications in both Yoga and Pilates early in her career. She believes these practices have profoundly shaped her understanding of the body. Vivian often incorporates Yoga and Pilates into her sessions to help clients feel more connected, grounded, and empowered, both physically and mentally. Vivian believes that your story deserves to be heard, your body deserves to be respected, and YOU truly matter. She gets it, talking about bowels, leaking, and pelvic pain isn’t always easy. But you’re not alone, and you deserve care that listens, explains, and empowers. Vivian takes a holistic approach, blending hands-on techniques, movement therapy, and guidance on lifestyle modifications to address your whole self, not just your symptoms. She wants you to deeply understand your condition and feel confident in how to support your body for lasting healing. As an Asian American born to immigrant parents, Vivian is especially passionate about providing pelvic floor care for the AAPI community. She strives to create safe and supportive spaces where AAPI individuals feel comfortable seeking treatment for pelvic floor symptoms in the face of cultural barriers. The fastest way to book is through the contact form on her website.
