Sarah completed undergraduate and master's level work at the University of New Hampshire in 2005 and 2006, respectively. She specialized quickly in upper extremity and hand rehabilitation. She went on to complete her post professional doctorate at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2017 with a focus on the use of graded motor imagery for pain conditions. She has been a yoga instructor for many years and completed a certificate in health and wellness coaching prior to shifting her clinical focus to pelvic health. She uses a whole-person approach to rehab and understands the importance of biopsychosocial aspects of a person and their importance in therapy. Outside the clinic Sarah enjoys long distance trail running, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, practicing yoga, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and beloved tuxedo cat, Teton.
