Nehal Gandhi, PT, MPT (Ob/Gyn)
Spring Forward Physical Therapy
Nehal is a pelvic health physical therapist specializing in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction across all genders, including male pelvic health, gender-affirming care, and the full spectrum of women’s pelvic health across all stages of womanhood. She completed her physical therapy education in India before moving to the United States, where she continues to advance her skills through ongoing coursework and certifications. Since beginning her career in 2014, she has also earned a Master’s degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology Physical Therapy and brings diverse clinical experience across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. She currently works as the Director of Pelvic Health in a 1:1 outpatient setting and offers home visits on demand. Her clinical work includes, but is not limited to, the management of bowel and bladder dysfunction, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, labor preparation, and pre- and post-operative care. Nehal is also involved in mentoring students and serves as a teaching assistant with Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice, and advocates for improved maternal healthcare by empowering patients through education and active participation in their care.
