I am a physical therapist that treats pelvic health and orthopedics with a whole-body, movement-based approach. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Miami and completed advanced pelvic floor training through Herman & Wallace. I treat all pelvic floor conditions across the lifespan, with particular interests in chronic pain, hypermobility (“bendy bodies”), endometriosis, and pregnancy and postpartum care. As a former figure skater and Polestar Pilates–trained practitioner (Dadeland), I love integrating Pilates-based interventions to build strength, control, and confidence. My goal is to help people understand their bodies, feel empowered in their healing, and give them practical tools so they can return to the activities they love.
