Sophie Brendle, PT, DPT
Sage Physical Therapy

Welcome! As a pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapist, I believe healing happens best when the whole person is seen and supported. Every body carries a unique story, and my goal is to create a compassionate, judgement-free space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My whole-person approach focuses on understanding your individual goals, experiences, and concerns, while providing supportive, evidence-based care that helps you reconnect with your body and feel confident in your healing process. I help people navigate pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum changes, bladder and bowel issues, hip and back pain, and many other pelvic health concerns. I also provide supportive, individualized care for men’s pelvic health. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you better understand your body, and guide you toward lasting relief and confidence. My journey into pelvic health began during my Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Regis University, where I recognized how many people with pelvic health concerns struggle to find care - or feel truly heard within the healthcare system. Seeing these gaps sparked a deep commitment to this field and to advocating for patients who too often slip through the cracks. Since then, I have pursued extensive pelvic health training and continuing education courses both during my doctoral education and as a practicing physical therapist, allowing me to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care for a wide range of pelvic health and orthopedic conditions. When I’m not in the clinic, I’m usually outside soaking up Colorado - hiking, trail running, skiing, you name it! I also love staying active, whether it’s lifting weights, indoor cycling, running, yoga, or just moving in a way that makes me feel good. I’m here to support you, find the root cause, and help you feel confident and comfortable in your body!
