Trisha M. McCulloch, DPT, PRPC, CSCS, graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia. She is a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner, an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She has undergone training with Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute in order to treat people with lumbo-pelvic-hip complex dysfunctions, sexual dysfunction, bowel and bladder issues, and multiple pelvic pain disorders. Some of these conditions include but are not limited to the following: urinary and fecal incontinence, interstitial cystitis, overactive bladder, bladder and bowel urgency and frequency, constipation, pelvic floor dyssynergia, bladder and bowel voiding dysfunctions, chronic pelvic pain, dyspareunia, vaginismus, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, pubic symphysis pain, pregnancy-related pain, diastasis recti, etc. Some of her areas of special interest include transgender care and patients undergoing prostate procedures. Trisha established herself in an outpatient orthopedic setting with a major hospital corporation as well as with an outpatient private practice where she worked closely with referring physicians to coordinate and establish patient care. She has participated in multiple public and hospital presentations in order to provide education on pelvic health therapy, pelvic floor dysfunction, and incontinence issues. In 2017 Trisha was hired at The University of Kansas Health System to develop their Pelvic Health Therapy program. She is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas as a physical therapist. Trisha is a U.S. Army combat veteran and has served two tours in Iraq as a CH-47D Chinook mechanic and crewchief. She is also a lifetime member of the Lenexa VFW Post #7397. In her time off, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, reading, watching movies, gardening, hiking, camping, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones.
