I have been a PT since 1985, and took my first pelvic floor rehab course in 1994 with Kathie Wallace and Holly Herman in one of the first courses they taught together. I have since then taken numerous pelvic floor and orthopedic PT courses. I became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in 2012 and became a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Women's Health Physical Therapist in 2017. During the last several years I have focused my clinical education at the Barral Institute taking Visceral Mobilization courses of the abdomen, pelvis and thorax. I specialize in treating pelvic floor, abdominal, colon rectal, ob/gyn conditions. I treat male and female patients as well as pediatric patients with bowel and bladder dysfunctions ( constipation, bed wetting, urinary or fecal incontinence). I work with many women who have pain with sexual penetration. I practice in an outpatient physical therapy practice that is part of the Beaumont Health Systems. I have one on one 45 minute patient treatment sessions.
