I've been a member of Sarah Duvall's Core Exercise Solution's educational team for professional continuing education courses since 2019, educating and mentoring graduates of her Postpartum and Pregnancy Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) course in the program's Inner Circle. I'm certified as a Postpartum and Pregnancy Corrective Exercise Specialist and hold certifications issued by NAIOMT (North American Institute of Manual Therapy) and the McKenzie Institute. Not only do I treat women's health / pelvic floor / postpartum clients, but I also have an extensive background working with orthopedic and musculoskeletal clients and served as a teaching assistant for Movement System Impairment classes for many years. I currently own a small concierge mobile PT practice, where I see clients in person in their home, office, or gym, and also offer telehealth appointments.
