Jennifer Briggs, PT, DPT
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy
I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree from Duke University and a B.S. Degree in Biology/Physiology and Minor in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University (Main Campus). I currently practice at Ivy Rehab Pelvic Health Program in Kennett Square, PA. I am a CAPP-PELVIC Certified and CAPP-OB Certified Physical Therapist with an expertise in treating pelvic pain conditions (including vulvodynia, vestibulitis, IC/PBS, pudendal neuralgia, dyspareunia, vaginismus, endometriosis, and other diagnoses associated with pelvic pain), pregnancy and postpartum musculoskeletal dysfunction, bladder symptoms (including urinary urgency/frequency/incontinence), bowel symptoms and colorectal disorders, pelvic organ prolapse, osteoporosis management, generalized pelvic girdle/back/hip pain, and gender affirming care. I also have special interest and expertise in perinatal care including prenatal PT care, birth prep education, and postpartum musculoskeletal recovery. I also have a Certificate of Achievement in Menopause Education. I am an advocate for prenatal/4th trimester awareness and pelvic health awareness during menopause transition/menopause. My passion is pelvic and women's health, and education and advocacy related to these services. I've devoted my PT career to the promotion of pelvic health and wellness across the lifespan. I love what I do and feel honored to work with each of my patients and their providers. I spent the first part of my career learning from phenomenal colleagues, practitioners, and patients in the Raleigh-Durham area of NC. In 2009, I relocated to the Delaware/Southeastern PA region and I have had the pleasure to continue learning from and developing lasting relationships here. I am licensed in the states of DE and PA.
