Elizabeth "Bess" Mathisen. I completed my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Saint Louis University in 2012, and have treated a wide variety of orthopedic, neuromuscular, and surgical conditions in the outpatient rehab setting. In 2018 I started a hospital-based pelvic health program treating men and women with pelvic pain, incontinence, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, prenatal/postpartum pain, and other pelvic floor dysfunctions. In 2021, I founded Inertia Physio and Pelvic Health, LLC with the vision of providing the highest level of individualized care in a fun, healing environment. Certified in Dry Needling, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. As a mom of 4 and athlete, I am passionate about getting each client feeling better, moving stronger, and smiling more.
