I am a Pelvic floor and women’s health physical therapist with A. Fox Physical Therapy at 3 Colorado locations: Broomfield, Golden, and Westminster. I treat a wide variety of conditions including pelvic pain, incontinence (fecal and urinary), pregnancy and post-partum, Diastasis Recti, OAB, and dyspareunia. I use a compassionate approach to help create an individualized, holistic treatment plan for every patient. I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University and my bachelor’s degree from CU Boulder. I have received pelvic therapy training from Herman and Wallace and manual therapy training from NAIOMT. I have lived in Colorado most of my life and thoroughly enjoy treating patients in this beautiful state.
