I am a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist treating various issues that can arise throughout the lifespan including but not limited to incontinence, diastasis recti, pain with intercourse, prenatal prehab, pregnancy pain, postpartum recovery, pubic symphysis dysfunction, pelvic girdle pain, etc. I have taken several courses further expanding my knowledge and treatment including the completion of the Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist certification and the Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health through the Academy of the American Physical Therapy Association. As a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, my most important role is helping my clients achieve the goals that are important to them and be a supportive guide through their pelvic health journey.
