Benchmark Physical Therapy

Rachel graduated with honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology with her bachelors degree in chemistry. She then went on to Mercer University where she earned her doctorate in physical therapy. Since then, she has attended post-graduate training for certification in dry needling through the Spinal Manipulation Institute and achieved the title of certified strength and conditioning coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She partners with Harris County Soccer Program as well as her local Orangetheory Fitness to provide wellness and injury prevention services. She has been trained through Herman and Wallace to deliver women's health physical therapy including internal exams and biofeedback. After having a child of her own, she is particularly passionate about pregnancy and postpartum care.
