April Patterson, PT, MSPT
Whole Body Physical Therapy, PC
April earned her MS in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2003. Her background as a collegiate athlete and personal experience with sports injuries and chronic pelvic pain shaped her approach to physical therapy. Initially focusing on orthopedics, April became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2008. After addressing her own pelvic health challenges and giving birth to her 2nd child in 2012, she shifted her practice focus to pelvic health physical therapy, focusing on treating those with pelvic and genital pain and sexual health concerns. April has extensive training in craniosacral, visceral, myofascial, and neuromobilization techniques. She combines her knowledge and experience in pelvic and orthopedic PT to evaluate and treat the whole body. She's a member of ISSWSH, SMSNA, ISSM, and the APTA's Academy of Pelvic Health.
