I have been a physical therapist for 16 years, and have been specializing in Pelvic Health for the past 4 years. I also am also a certified Menopause Practitioner through the Menopause Society (MSCP). I have completed my doula training and offer those services along with a variety of birth prep and post partum care. I recently opened my own practice, Pure Wellness Studio. This is a safe space where I can help clients learn about their bodies, heal and feel supported throughout their journey. I treat male and female pelvic pain, bowel, bladder and sexual dysfunction.
