Shawna Anderson Peak Pelvic Therapy, Inc.
Shawna has been a licensed physical therapist since 1997. She relocated to Colorado from Gainesville, Georgia where she owned a successful practice specializing in pelvic floor rehabilitation. Shawna specializes in treating all aspects of pelvic health including abdominal pelvic pain following surgery or sexual trauma; bladder disorders such as incontinence, prolapse, interstitial cystitis; Bowel disorders such as fecal incontinence or constipation. Shawna has created a program for follow up care for men after prostate cancer treatment. She has been a treating therapist for over 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience which incorporates manual therapy, orthopedics and neurology into her practice. Additionally, she has specialized training in craniosacral, myofascial release, biofeedback, lymphedema and somato-emotional unwinding. She is originally from Butte, Montana. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida International University. Additionally, she received her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University.
