Ann Frost, PT, CLT, WCS 5 Elements Pelvic Health and Women’s Physical Therapy
I did my Master’s in Physical Therapy at Samuel Merritt University, then after several years of primarily orthopedic practice, I shift my focus to women’s health. For the last fifteen years my practice has been in oncology rehab (especially breast and pelvic cancers),and pelvic rehab. This includes working with people with urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, sexual dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum-related issues, and pelvic pain syndromes such as vulvodynia, painful bladder syndrome, pudendal neuralgia, and coccygodynia. Combining careful evaluation, compassionate listening, manual therapy skills, education, and focused exercise, I collaborate with my patients to improve their function and quality of life.
