Marny E Witas, PT
Haven Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health
I have been a physical therapist for over 30 years, with most of that time dedicated to advancing my specialty in Pelvic Health. I began my career in orthopedics and sports medicine before finding my passion in helping patients navigate the complex challenges of pelvic health conditions. My strong orthopedic foundation, combined with advanced manual therapy skills and decades of pelvic health specialty training and experience, allows me to provide a comprehensive, whole-body approach to healing. I work with both women and men struggling with bladder, bowel, and sexual dysfunction, with a special focus on treating those living with chronic pelvic pain. Healing from chronic pelvic conditions takes more than technical expertise — it requires patience, collaboration, and deep understanding. I partner closely with my patients to help them restore function, improve quality of life, and move forward with confidence. I have extensive experience treating pain with intimacy, tailbone and external genital pain, bladder and abdominal discomfort, endometriosis-related pain, incontinence, constipation, and all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery, including C-section scar rehabilitation. I also provide and strongly encourage pre/rehab for women and men having urogynecological, colorectal, urological surgical intervention. It’s my privilege to guide patients through their healing journey with skill, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to results.
