I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chapman University after receiving my undergraduate degree in Drama at UC Irvine in Irvine, CA. I am an experienced therapist in outpatient orthopedics and neurologic rehabilitation, pregnancy/postpartum, aquatic therapy, inpatient acute, skilled nursing, assisted living, and home health. My passion is working with orthopedic, neurologic, and women's health patients including pregnancy and postpartum care. My mission in rehabilitation is to share health and wellness knowledge with as many people as possible. Wellness is a dynamic process of change and growth building awareness of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. Some of my favorite ways to do this are dancing, playing guitar, weight lifting, boxing, meditating in the sun, traveling, binge watching Netflix, eating Ben & Jerry’s, spending time with my family, friends and my dog.
