I completed my Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics from UT Knoxville in 2016, then continued to complete my doctorate of Physical Therapy from UTHSC in 2019. Since then, I have been practicing in outpatient orthopedics, with a focus in pelvic health. Having a background in orthopedics has allowed me to refine my manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills, which I have carried over into my treatment of pelvic health patients. I am currently pursuing advanced certifications in both orthopedics and pelvic health. As an avid runner and crossfitter, I understand the importance of and thoroughly enjoy helping my patients return to the activities they love. Feel free to call (731-300-1090) or email (rachel@monarchptandcoaching.com) me to find out if pelvic health therapy is appropriate for you!
