I have been a Physical Therapist for over 30 years. I received my Physical Therapy degree from Northern Arizona University and my Pelvic Floor and Obstetric training from the APTA. I also received my Birth Doula and Breastfeeding Counseling Certificates from the International Doula Institute. I currently practice at One on One Wellness in Durango, Colorado
