I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Arcadia University, and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. I have attended Herman and Wallace Level 1 and 2A trainings, and I have experience helping diverse patient populations including peri/post-partum patients, pelvic pain conditions, adult urinary/fecal incontinence and constipation, anorectal conditions, male pelvic health diagnoses, and pediatric constipation. I also have a passion for peri-and post partum fitness and recovery, and I enjoy taking a holistic approach when forming all my patient treatment plans. I truly love spending time outdoors in nature with my husband and son, gardening, hiking, exercising, cooking, and living a mindful, healthy lifestyle.
