I have been a physical therapist since 2008, graduating from the physical therapy program at College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. I started specializing in pelvic health/women's health in early 2017, focusing coursework on treating conditions relating to pregnancy and the postpartum period through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, Women's Health Training Associates, Pelvic PT Rising, and The Institute for Birth Healing. I spent many years practicing in Phoenix, AZ before relocating to the beautiful Bitterroot Valley in Montana in 2021. I am certified in orthopedic and manual therapy in addition to specializing in pelvic health, which fits with my passion to treat all conditions relating to pregnancy including pelvic girdle/pubic symphysis and SIJ pain with a true head-to-toe approach. My focus has been primarily on women's health with experience working in a midwifery practice and birth center, including urinary and fecal incontinence, prolapse, tailbone/coccyx pain or injuries, constipation, and painful intercourse. In addition, I treat mastitis/clogged milk ducts, diastasis recti, and abdominal and pelvic floor dysfunction related to surgical scars including cesarean and perineal scars after birth, and chronic/trauma related pain conditions. I have some experience with treating transgender people and all are welcome in my practice.
