I treat adults of all genders and body types for a variety of pelvic pain disorders, bowel and bladder complaints, and abdominal wall disorders such as diastasis recti or inguinal hernia and repair. I have done the majority of my continuing education with Herman & Wallace and incorporate a several different treatment techniques and frameworks into my practice. I strive to meet each patient where they are and guide them toward where they want to go with compassion and empathy. Physical therapy is a collaborative process between provider and patient, and I look forward to working together on your goals.
