Linnea Petersen, DPT
Center for Spine Care and Mobility
As a graduate of Northeastern University's Doctorate Program, Linnea is a Pelvic Floor and Orthopedic Physical Therapist with wide experience treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Linnea has experience with treatment of multiple diagnoses including pre natal, post partum, constipation, fecal and urinary incontinence, post prostatectomy, and various pain conditions. Linnea also has extensive experience with treatment of sports related injuries, occupational injuries, neurological treatment and post operative treatment in her over 8 years experience as a Physical Therapist. Post graduation Linnea has worked in outpatient, military, and sports rehab settings, allowing for a rounded experience of caring for patients. Linnea's goal during treatment is to take an active role in empowering patients to achieve their goals with a holistic approach to care, with no goal being too small or insignificant. With that approach in mind, Linnea aims to help patients be engaged in their care in order to prevent future injury, and allow for improved quality of life. When not working, you can find Linnea tearing up the streets of NYC on her bike 365 days a year, rain or shine. Linnea also can be found out hiking in the mountains or traveling to remote locations with her husband and son.
