Avery has been practicing physical therapy since 2018 after earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. She received her undergraduate bachelors degree from Ole Miss in Exercise Science. She began her career in outpatient orthopedics but soon became interested in pelvic health. Avery has earned her Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health from the American Physical Therapy Association and also completed independent courses through other entities such as Herman and Wallace. Avery has developed a working relationship with many urology and OBGYN practitioners in the North Texas area. She is able to fill a need for education and access to pelvic health services in rural NE Texas and SE Oklahoma. Avery's main goal is to increase awareness of treatment options available to those suffering with pelvic health symptoms.
