Heather is a highly skilled and motivated Orthopedic Manual Based Physical Therapist with nearly 16 years of experience in a one-on-one outpatient setting. She graduated with her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University in 2006 and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2013. She has a diverse skill set that allows her to treat complex pain and orthopedic patients, patients with chronic abdominopelvic pain, bowel/bladder dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, and pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, pediatric cases, and sports medicine injuries. Some of her skill set includes manual techniques, Functional Dry Needling, Mulligan mobilization with movement, McKenzie A/B, IASTM for myofascial restrictions, Kinesio-taping, and SFMA for movement analysis.
