Core Wellness and Physical Therapy

Dana has been practicing as a physical therapist since 2000. She has extensive experience in orthopedic physical therapy (with specialization in the spine) and has obtained both Cert. MDT (McKenzie certified) and COMT (Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist) advanced certifications. She has completed the 4-class series offered by Herman and Wallace for pelvic floor dysfunction and treats both female and male patients for incontinence, pelvic pain, and constipation. She also has experience with visceral mobilization which she utilizes in her treatments. Her patient population also includes pre and post-partum mothers experiencing pain, incontinence, and diastasis rectus.
