Dr. Abby Bales graduated from NYU with her doctorate in physical therapy and has taken multiple courses with Herman and Wallace, the Grey Institute, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Dr. Bales specializes in treating and training pregnant and postpartum athletes of all kinds in New York City as well as training fitness instructors and teaching seminars all over the country. Dr. Bales is the owner and founder of Reform Physical Therapy. Reform Physical therapy provides both in-home and clinic-based visits for pregnant and postpartum women.
