Dr. Abby is the founder and owner of Prime Performance Physical Therapy. She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 10+ years of experience. She is from El Paso, Texas, graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso. She has continued her training throughout her years as a PT. This includes becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Running Rehab Specialist, Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach, is Certified in Pelvic Function, and is now a Certified Sports & Orthopedic Manual Therapist. She is always striving to learn more and stay current with the evidence to provide the highest quality of care to her patients. Dr. Abby believes treatment should evolve to fit the natural changes of the human body and the movement demands of sports and daily activities.
