Hello there! I'm thrilled to have you here. I am an Athletic Trainer turned Physical Therapist and Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist. I graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. With my comprehensive understanding of musculoskeletal function, combined with my advanced training in pelvic health, I offer a unique perspective and a holistic approach to treating conditions related to pelvic pain, prolapse, urinary incontinence, pregnancy, postpartum, and return to sport. Together, we will embark on a collaborative journey toward optimal health and a life full of vitality utilizing evidence-based methods, empathy, and a client-centered approach.
